COMPREHENSIVE ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
Keith Long / Architect provides the full range of architectural services on projects of all sizes, ranging from simple bedroom additions to commercial tenant improvements through large scale commercial projects. He can provide limited scope "turnkey" services, tenant improvements, interior design, or full scope comprehensive services that include the full range of services such as programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, cost estimates, bid documents, construction administration, project close out and post-completion services.
Keith Long / Architect also provides focused services such as structural engineering, ADA consultation, "highest and best use" studies of undeveloped property, promotional full color renderings, and scale models. In all projects, he draws upon his thirty plus years of experience and family background in construction to deliver the best possible product.
For the environmentally conscious client, Keith Long / Architect will incorporate sustainable materials and methods to the highest extent possible, and when required assist the client in obtaining LEEDs certification demonstrating the structure is both high-performance and sustainable.
